3GreenDimensions Return and Exchange Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase, but if for some reason you are not fully satisfied you may return products for a refund or exchange.
We take great measures to ensure orders are fulfilled correctly and packaged in a manner that eliminates the possibility of damage during shipment. However, in the rarest of circumstances you may receive an order that has been damaged during shipping or contains the incorrect items. If your return is due to either of the previously mentioned reasons 3GreenDimensions will cover the return shipping costs and do everything in our power to right the situation as soon as possible.
If the return is due to your preference, you are responsible to pay return shipping costs. We highly recommend purchasing insurance on your return shipment. If a return is lost or damaged during shipping we will be unable to complete the return process.
1). You have 30 days from the date your order was placed to initiate the return process.
a). Returns can be handled as exchanges, issued as store credit or refunded to your original payment method.
2). Once an order has shipped it is not eligible for cancelation and must be handled as a return. To handle this situation please follow the instructions outlined below in #3.
3). Returns: Technical Details
a). Please package your order as it arrived or better to prevent damage during return shipping.
b). All returns must be accompanied by a return merchandise authorization number (RMA#) issued by your returns representative. To initiate the return process please email info@3GreenDimensions.com with the reason for your return and how you would like the return to be processed (store credit, exchange or refund to the original payment method)
i). If the return is due to damage during shipping please title the email: “Returns:Damage”
1). Please attach pictures of the damaged items and their original packaging.
ii). If the return is due to contents which don’t match your order please title the email: “Returns:Incorrect Content”
1). Please attach pictures of incorrect order contents.
iii). If the return is due to your dissatisfaction with the order please title the email: “Returns:Preference”
c). Any return submitted without a RMA# will be rejected by our returns manager.
d). If you are returning items that didn’t match the order you placed or that were damaged during shipping please make sure you take a picture of the return shipping receipt with tracking information and email it to us right away so we can send you your replacement products as soon as possible.
i). If this type of return is received with contents that don’t match the pictures we received during part #3 of the return process your credit card will be charged.
e). All refunds will be issued once the merchandise has been received and verified in good selling condition.
4). The entire refund process may take up to 3 business weeks from the time you give your order to the return shipper. However, in many cases you will receive your refund more promptly.
a). This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3-5 business days).
5). Partial packages not accepted
a). If you purchased a product that came in a package with multiple components and you used some of the consumable components of that package we cannot accept your return as we are not able to re-sell partial packages. All products must be returned in fully complete packages with original packaging materials.
6). Quantity discounts may be lost
a). If a return is made on an order which received discounts based on quantity ordered we will cancel the original quantity discounts and re-bill based on the actual quantity of product you kept.
